Psychotherapy helps you understand and heal emotional or mental health challenges. It’s guided by a trained professional and focuses on improving your wellbeing from the inside out.
Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. It helps you set goals, build new habits, and create the results you want in your life or career.

Do you accept insurance?
We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, if you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for your sessions. We’re happy to provide the documentation you need to submit a claim.

What languages do you provide services in?
We speak both English and Portuguese, and are happy to offer therapy and coaching in either—or a combination of both—depending on your comfort and preference.

Who do you work with?
We work with individuals ages 14 and older, offer supportive couples counseling, and provide specialized coaching for women who are feeling overwhelmed or burned out.
